Some facilities and programs are exempt from the use of TPP forms under TPP Alberta’s exemption policies.

Exemption Policy for Facilities and Programs

This policy permits exemption from use of TPP forms if the medication management systems used by an institution, facility or program and their associated pharmacy/ies meet specific criteria.
